North Cotswold Farmhouse

The complete restoration / refurbishment of a Grade 2 listed Manor Farmhouse including a bespoke Wine Cool Room. The farmhouse had been unoccupied for many years. New extensions were added to the property with extensive external works consisting of paving, dry stone walls, a new entrance and driveway including a tree root protection system. An existing cow barn was incorporated into the living accommodation and this building was carefully restored with partial demolition for underpinning and rebuilding of the stone walls. Oak trusses were used to reinstate the original features.

A new stone built garage completed the job which won us the L.A.B.C award from Cotswold District council.
